Job duties:
A teller will have duties in the following areas:
- Welcome members and guests to credit union.
- Process cash transactions at the window, including deposits, withdrawals, share drafts, money orders, travelers checks, check withdrawals, bond redemptions and purchases.
- Remove, log, and process night transactions.
- Assist with archiving daily work and/or check imaging.
- Take name and address corrections from members for processing.
- Provide information sought by members.
- Develop a working knowledge of the credit union's computer system.
- Develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, and operational procedures.
- Assist in any area as directed by Management or the Teller supervisor in a relief capacity.
- Cross sell all credit union services as appropriate.
- Assure proper maintenance, cleanliness & security of work area, desks, equipment, etc.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.22 per hour
