Yes, it would be an excellent idea to put a traveling notification on your debit card as some states are flagged. If your card does not work while you are out of town, call our office and speak to a Member Service Representative or call the number on the back of the card. Remember, the debit card does not work internationally.
There is not a monthly fee as long as you have at least one bill paid through this service every month.
A monthly fee of $5 charged for each month you do not use the service.
ACH is the safest way to pay your bills online. You will initiate the payment amount with the company you are paying on their site. The company will request the funds to be transferred electronically.
The Debit Card allows you to purchase items over the web easily but has limitations in some states.
OFCU offers Online Bill Pay to our members, where you initiate sending the money from your account. Payments will be transferred electronically when available, or a check will be mailed on your behalf. Mailing a check could delay the date payment is received with a company.

ClickSWITCH is another excellent tool to set up your direct deposits and automatic payments. Call an OFCU Member Service Representative to sign up for ClickSWITCH.
An Address Change Form must be filled out. A Teller, Member Service Representative or a Loan Officer can assist you.
No, once you have joined Ozark FCU, you can remain a member as long as you have an active account. We encourage you to make at least one deposit to your account a year to keep the account from becoming dormant.
A joint member can only be removed by closing the account and opening a new account.
If you are opening your account(s) with a joint member, they must be present during the enrollment process to validate their identity.
A joint member can be added to the account at a later date, but keep in mind that all members listed on the account must be present when adding an individual to an account.
Our ATM network monitors debit card transactions and sends alerts to our institution when they find suspicious activity on an account. If they feel a purchase is questionable, they might call the cardholder and verify a transaction. If a card is compromised, an OFCU employee will make a new card at the member’s convenience.
You can temporarily block and unblock your card via the Brella app if you have misplaced your card.

In either case, please have ready your name, account number, your card number (if you know it), and the name that appeared on the card. Appropriate action will be taken as soon as you report the loss or theft.

We always recommend a member never shares their account information with anyone not authorized to use the account. It is recommended not to use public Wi-Fi internet access when logging onto your account, and always log off when you have finished.
Never share your account information over the phone unless you initiate the transaction. Phishing, skimming cards, computer hacking is, unfortunately, something we all must be diligent in guarding our identity.

A member can process transactions two ways on their card. They can process up to $500 a day using a PIN-based transaction and $1,500 a day using a Credit-based (signature) transaction. The total combined usage is $2,000 total a day using your debit card.
The $25 is your required minimum balance for your membership share in the credit union for individual members accounts for adults 18 years of age and older.
Your account balance and available account balance might be different due to pledges or holds are placed on accounts for various reasons; a deposited check hold, or a debit card transaction has not cleared, for instance. The share savings holds the $25 membership from your available balance is another example.
