Keeping your account safe and secure is our highest priority. We continue to partner with SHAZAM, our debit card processor, to implement additional authentication known as Visa Secure.
When the e-commerce merchant and Ozark Federal Credit Union participate in Visa Secure, the transaction will go through risk-based authentication. As the cardholder, you’ll be asked to identify yourself by receiving a One-Time Passcode (OTP) via text message. Once received, you’ll enter this code on a checkout screen with SHAZAM’s logo.
The transaction will not be authenticated if an invalid OTP is entered in the checkout screen. If three (3) consecutive invalid OTPs are entered into the checkout screen, your card will be blocked. To unblock your card, please contact Ozark Federal Credit Union.
Please remember to notify Ozark Federal Credit Union if your mobile number changes. This will ensure that we have more success reaching our cardholders. If we do not have a mobile number, you cannot complete your purchase until your information is updated.

In the event of a lost or stolen debit card, here's how to contact us:
During regular business hours, call 573-686-7221 or 800-786-7221 to speak with us directly. On nights or weekends, call 866-508-2693 or 515-558-7608 if you are out of the country.
In either case, please supply your name, account number, card number (if you know it), and the name that appears on the card. Appropriate action will take place as soon as you report the card loss or stolen card.
Please notify a Member Service Representative or OFCU teller to place a travel alert on your account when you travel out of state.
