With Ozark Federal Credit Union’s mobile and online banking, you can instantly turn your debit card off to prevent unauthorized transactions. Here’s how:
From your Mobile App:
Log in to your online banking from the Ozark Federal Credit Union mobile app.
Click on the Menu.
Select Remote Control Cards.
Choose Active or Disabled for the card you want to control.
From your Desktop:
Log in to your online banking at www.ozarkfcu.com.
Click on the menu button in the upper left-hand corner.
Select Remote Control Cards.
Choose Lock or Unlock for the card you wish to control.
