Online Banking

As an Ozark FCU member, you have secure access to your account anytime. 

Enrolling in our Online Account Access provides a convenient way to manage your funds and track your account via mobile, tablet, or PC device. Complete the Electronic Services Access form with a Member Service Representative to connect to your account.

With online banking, you control your account no matter where you are. Your options include the following:

  • Transfer funds
  • Remote Deposit
  • Set up personalized account alerts
  • Review account balances
  • Check for holds/ pledged funds
  • E-mail Ozark Federal Credit Union
  • Bill pay
  • Change account settings, i.e., Login, Password, and E-mail.
  • Text Messaging
  • And much more.

Mobile Deposits

We know life is busy, and sometimes, you cannot make it to a branch to make your deposit. 

Remote deposit is an excellent service available to our members as a convenience service to meet this need.

Please keep the actual check for verification until the image is processed and funds are applied to your account.

Once confirmed funds are available, you can access these funds via standard business practices.

If you do not have internet access, you can access our 24-hour Audio Teller.

  • Convenient access to your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week
  • Transfer funds between account
  • Check deposits and withdrawals.
  • Request a check withdrawal.
  • History and balances (including year-to-date dividends)

Disclosure:

REMOTE DEPOSIT CHECK INFORMATION

The check must be endorsed with:

  • Your signature
  • Account #
  • For Remote Deposit Only-OFCU (handwritten-you can not just check the box)

The check must be made to the person or persons that the account is titled to.

You must keep the original check for 60 days, we may need to request the original check.

There will be a hold on all funds that are remote deposited until the check has been accepted by us.

Checks that are accepted are still subject to possible holds, it depends on what type of check it is and the amount of it.

The submitted image of the check must be clear. It will be rejected if we are not able to read all the information on the front and back of it.

Do not give anyone else access to submit items to your account by remote deposit.
