Remote deposit is an excellent service available to our members as a convenience service to meet this need.
Please keep the actual check for verification until the image is processed and funds are applied to your account.
Once confirmed funds are available, you can access these funds via standard business practices.

REMOTE DEPOSIT CHECK INFORMATION
The check must be endorsed with:
The check must be made to the person or persons that the account is titled to.
You must keep the original check for 60 days, we may need to request the original check.
There will be a hold on all funds that are remote deposited until the check has been accepted by us.
Checks that are accepted are still subject to possible holds, it depends on what type of check it is and the amount of it.
The submitted image of the check must be clear. It will be rejected if we are not able to read all the information on the front and back of it.
Do not give anyone else access to submit items to your account by remote deposit.
